Breath of Life | Guided Breathwork Ceremony with Sound Healing

October 21 @ 4:00 am - 6:00 am

This breathwork journey is a blend of transformative breathing techniques guided in conjunction with evocative live music and sound healing designed to take you on a deep journey within you. Through this breath, you’ll experience a non-ordinary state of consciousness and gain access to transcendent dimensions within yourself. Breathwork effectively eliminates stress and removes mental, emotional and physical blockages preventing you from reconnecting with the truest version of yourself.
This is a powerful breath that can immediately shift you into a state of well-being and ecstasy while providing insight, clarity and creativity, not available in the ordinary waking plane.
During the breathwork Igor, Yana and Mike will be creating the sound journey where you can deeper experience healing and transformational process.
The sounds of authentic ancient instruments from all over the world will help you to explore which energy is filling your mind, body, spirit and soul.
To name a few: Gusli (ancient Slavic instrument harp type), Vargan (Siberian jaw harp), Divya (Slavic sound healing metallophone), shamanic drums, native american flute, hand pan, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Gong, Koshi bells and much more.
Through the music, breathing, chanting you will be guided into your heart, connecting with your soul and light within.
Our purpose is to create the space of unlimited source of transformational and healing power. Where you can eliminate blockages, direct energy, transform your thought-patterns and start living from your true essence.
