Mind Matters: An alternative understanding on mindfulness practice

I have another class coming up soon and would love for you to join. It’s about —mindfulness, but———-this is an alternative view or explanation that takes us away from meditation and how we need 5 different facets of mindfulness to help us cope with having–get this—over 70,000 thoughts a day!

I’ll teach you about metacognition and how to jump into the process and make more space for other things. Plus, I’ll share some body/brain hacks to help you gain some inner locus of control.
